REGISTRATION POLICY

REGISTRATION, FEES AND MEMBERSHIP

The membership fee entitles registrants up to 3 workshops for the full academic year with an option to register in a fourth workshop after July 1.

Registrations received in the first three weeks after registration opens will be processed immediately. Spaces for oversubscribed workshops will be assigned by randomization (usually early May), reserving 3 places in every workshop for new members until July 1. Those above the maximum allowed in a workshop will be placed on waitlists in strict randomization order.

Confirmation letters will be e-mailed to registrants by the end of May.

Unfilled spaces being held for new members will be released to those on waitlists on July 1. Members wishing to register for a fourth workshop may do so after that date.



FEES and REFUNDS

The fee for the academic year 2017/18 is $180.

A confirmation of online payment will be sent by email from PayPal with a confirmation number.

WITHDRAWALS:

A FULL REFUND IS OFFERED FOR WITHDRAWALS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF REGISTRATION.

AFTER 60 DAYS AND UNTIL THE END OF SEPTEMBER, THERE WILL BE A $5 ADMINISTRATION FEE. NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED AFTER THE END OF SEPTEMBER.
